What to bring - fishing

DSC02261.jpgNew Zealands’ climate is very changeable and even in the height of summer the weather can turn very quickly, particularly in the backcountry, so as a minimum, bring:
  •  Warm clothing   
  •  Gloves
  •  Hat both wide brim and beanie
  •  Rain/windproof jacket
  •  Stout footwear
  •  Polaroid sunglasses
  •  Sunscreen
  •  Insect repellent
  •  Camera
  •  Your favourite rod - Rods can be provided
  •  Waders (if required) -
    •  Note: Waders must not be felt soled
    •  Waders can be hired if requested
